The Catcher in the Rye #5

Holden Caulfiels is a very opinionated boy. He is sixteen years old and he is attending school at a boarding school called Pencey. He does not try very hard in school and he flunked out of the school and was kicked out. The only class he did pass was english. He has always loved to write and he enjoys to write. He is very tall. He is a junior and he is sixteen. He also is starting to get grey in his hair. He uses his height and his hair to an advantage to be able to get alochol and to drink. He also smokes. He has one older brother, D.B., who lives in Hollywood and writes scripts and books. Holden hates movies and he does not like his brother for being west and writing movies. He has a little sister Phoebe. He is a little fireball. She brings out the best and most passionate side of Holden. When he is around his sister, he does not think about how bad things are, he only tries to keep her happy. He did have a younger brother. His name was Allie. He died of leukiamia. He was two years younger that Holden. Holden loved his brother and he still misses him. He thought that he brother, though he was younger, was incredibly smart and he always had something good to say. When I said Holden is opioniated, I meant it. Throughout the whole entire book, all Holden does is complain. He comments on everything. He talks about how he hates his roomate and the guy who lives in the dorm next to his. He also calls everything phony. That got really annoying because he would call things that everyday people do phony. He had a thought about every thing there was. Most of the thoughts were not good thoughts either. He usually kept the thoughts in his head, but he was on a date with a girl and while she was in the middle of talking he told her she was a pain in the ass. I did not like Holden to much. I only liked him when he was with his sister because I could tell he loved her very much and he cared for her a lot.
